North Korea tested a intercontinental Ballistic missile today, do you think the US should take action?

Today (JULY FOURTH), around 3 o'clock Eastern time, North Korea tested three missiles, one of which had three stages and was meant for intercontinental use. It has capabilities of reaching US soil. I personally think the US should take this as a threat to our safety and we should take offensive action. I am joining the military and if I knew i'd be fightiing in Korea, I would run to the nearest recruiting office and join RIGHT ******* NOW!

If they ever get it to work correctly then it will provide an excellent 'test' of our ABM system.

Firstly we are not going to do so, because Bush does not have a personal vendetta against Kim Jong-ill. 2ndly we can't because we are overextended militarily as it is and no politicians is willing to commit political suicide by enacting a draft. 3rdly we shouldn't because NK is only talking tough to make themselves feel like big men, and draw attention away from the fact that their people are starving to death. If they made a preemptive strike on the US for example, we would obliterate them. The chicken or the egg. They aren't going to do anything unless we do something first because they don't want to get invaded.So ignore those fckers, we have better things to worry about
