How much Diet Coke? Once a day? Three a day? it all depends.
Too much of anything is not good. Although the water helps its still not healthy to drink a lot of them. Plus stuff like aspertaine (sp?) Have been thought of as cancer causing. Soooo i don't know but theres some info for ya.

well the thing about diet drinks is of course it uses artificial sweetners, your body understands real sugar and will tell itself that its sugar levels are satisfied and that you are full, on the other hand it doesnt understand sweetners and doesnt know its time to turn off the hunger switch which leads you to keep eating, the trick is for you to know youve had enough and drinking plenty of water helps out. I drink diet drinks only to satisfy my sweet tooth, but i also drink plenty of water, remember the rule, everything in moderation.......

diet coke is terrible for your body, if you are going to drink any soda it should be regular non diet, the stuff they put in diet soda will kill you over time.

it dosent mater if drink diet coke every day any tpye of soda drink can mess up ur teeth if drink it every day drink sum good jucies

there are studies that show it leads to bone problems in teens. for reals. it has to do with blocking the absorption of calcium or something.

it is the artificial sweetener that in over consumption can cause severe bone pain and or stiffness. the aspartame
