Ok, here is my TV workout, I also use this when I am studying.

Each commercial break is a session, I hit:
25 push-ups
25 sit-ups
25 curls
25 over-head press with weights while holding a wall squat.

This should take you through the commercial break and give you some rest without missing the good parts of your show.

Lots of stretching with the arms and upper torso. You can also do a leg exercise where you hold your legs up in the air, count to 5, then spread them apart and count to 5....but dont let them down.

Walk in Place, Run in Place, Lift weights, crunches, leg-lifts, arm punches, dance, jump rope, invest in a stair-climber or a tread-mill. push-ups, jumping jacks, high-kicks, just keep moving, drink ice water because it has no calories and it takes your body a lot more calories to warm up the water to body temperature. watch something funny, laughing burns calories. just have fun and dont just sit there.
