Some men consider kissing an emotional thing. I think he just wants to make sure that you and him have a future. It could also be that he is afraid to make the first move. If I were you I would make the first move. What's the worst thing that could happen? Go for it.

My boyfriend and I had been dating about 3 weeks and he too, had not kissed me. I kept wondering what was wrong. I thought maybe I'm not kissable or something. It kinda hurt my feelings. Then it happened, he kissed me, finally. It turned out he was a little unsure of himself. It had nothing to do with me. We were married 2 years later and have been married for 29 years. He, to this day, is the best kisser I ever had....:) Just be patient. It will happen.....

As a guy, I can say that, although we talk the talk, we don't always walk the walk. Quite a few of us are shy and can't get the courage to kiss a girl. Other times, we don't want to push women too far, so we wait. If you want him to kiss you, take matters into your own hands and kiss him!!!

How old are the two of you? If you are too young then he should not be kissing you. If you are both old enough then maybe he is shy. Try giving him a quick kiss and see what happens.

It might not be you - maybe he is nervous - why not kiss him.

Ensure that you have clean teeth and give him a kiss - next time he will be more likely to make the first move!

Try discussing an (made up) story ,similar to yours to him,,,see what his response is...but I must tell you,,this is the new generation, its called take the initiative,,, this is the best way to bring closure to your dilemma,to whether his interested or not...Good luck! (acceptable age is a factor) ps.. Could you blame it on the mouth wash lol ,,just kidding ...

He may be shy, or he may be trying to be respectful, so as not to offend you. Next time your on a date, make a move to kiss him. Safe bet he won't object to it.

He is either incredibly shy, or he's still in the closet and is just using you for a front.
Tell him to start putting out or getting out.
