I've tried it on a few different things, and I'm going to have to agree with the lot of the people here, and say that marmalade's sole true purpose is to make toast taste good. Might I suggest you try one made from Seville oranges or Blood Oranges?

lots of things - toast, english muffins, waffles. you can also spread cream cheese on a bagel and put marmalade on top of that. or try a peanut butter & marmalade sandwich. it probably would be good mixed into a little plain yogurt, too.

its amazing on warm buttery toast or rolls on a cool morning. Served with hot hot HOT tea.
want something different? mix up marmalade, chopped apricots and a bit of oyster sauce and use it to baste duck. roast or grill. Serve with rice cooked with onions and broth or consomme. Top with chopped fresh chives, coriander and spring onion.
