They both have great fighters but the PRIDE heavyweight division is far better than the UFC as far as the lightweights i don't think PRIDE is as good as UFC.
Fedor Emelianenko is the best heavyweight in the world and he would beat Tim 9 out of 10 fights.
Mirko KOs Andrei and wins 10 out of 10 fights with this guy but if Andrei beats Tim again i will have more respect for his fighting ability.
Mark Coleman's stamina is always questionable but if he doesn't get submitted against these guys he will win i don't think either of these guys could stop him Mark wins 3 out of 5 with both these guys.
Chuck and Wanderlei are both great fighters and this fight will happen eventually and it will go either way Chuck wins 6 out of 10.
Franklin wins 10 out of 10 with Baroni he is on a totally different level than the NYBA.
Dan is a great fighter but Hughes is a far better wrestler even though Dan is a good wrestler and is training with TEAM QUEST Matt is just unbeatable he wins 8 out of 10 and never gets hurt.
Gomi and Jens are close 5 and 5 but they both destroy Florian 10 out of 10.

First of all, the weight pairings you did were a little skewed... Everybody knows that any of the Pride Guys could cream the UFC guys if based on talent alone.. But then there is always that one stray punch that could bring a good athlete down...
The UFC has a couple of above average athletes in Hughes and Franklin and a bunch of other average MMA fighters as opposed to the Excellent and Above average athletes that Pride has....
You failed to match up BJ Penn, Lyoto Machida and the Nogueira Brothers...

That one is a tough question, there are different rules. In pride the rounds are 10 min long, but I'm partial to the UFC. I would choose Emelianenko,Arlovsky, Monson, Liddell (that would be an awesome fight), Franklin, Hughes, and I'm not familiar with Gomi.

You need to think of the rules and where it takes place. A lot of those guys in Pride go into the octagon for the first time and are not able to utilize the cage, and sometimes are inhibited by it. Overall, I am partial to the UFC guys.

Seeing overall I think that PRIDE fighters would dominate in this contest.
First off Fedor Emelianenko vs Tim Sylvia
This is a total miss match. Fedor Emelianenko is by far the best most complete martial artist in the world today and in MMA history in general, a man who has beaten every fighter he ever stepped in the ring with - Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira twice, Ricardo Arona, Mark Coleman, Kevin Randelman, Heath Herring, Semmy Schilt and so on; and Tim Sylvia on the other hand, one sided fighter whose top opponents so far have been Frank Mir and Andrei Arlovski. Fedor is completely superior to Sylvia in every single aspect of MMA sport and in my opinion he would easily deal with him and beat him in probably 2 or 3 minutes tops.
Next Mirko vs Arlovski
In my opinion also a miss match in many ways. Mirko is the best, most dangerous striker in MMA world, now with a very good ground game as well. He has also beaten most of the MMA top heavyweights, among which Heath Herring, Igor Vovchanchyn, Ron Waterman, Mark Coleman, Kevin Randelman, Aleksander Emelianenko, Josh Barnett twice and so on. Arlovski compared to him is a mediocre fighter who hasn't fought a top heavyweight opponent in his life. On top of that he was already knocked out by Pedro Rizzo and Tim Sylvia who are nowhere near as good strikers as Mirko. So I think that Mirko would deal with him quickly and knock him out without problem.
Coleman vs Mir would be an interesting fight and hard to call to. I really think that this fight could easily go either way, Coleman is more explosive and powerfull fighter then Mir and he would surely take this fight to the ground and try to get him with his g'n'p techniques. But Frank on the other hand is a jiu jitsu expert, and with Coleman's well documented stamina problems, who knows. I personally have Mir as a slight favorite in this fight but it would definitely be a close one.
As far as Monson is concerned I don't think that he would have much chance against Coleman. In my opinion Mark is a better wrestler and he would also overpower him and get the g'n'p win.
Wanderlei Silva vs Chuck Liddell. Before analyzing this I would like to say that in my opinion Wanderlei Silva is a thug, a scum bag butcher whose greatest pleasure seems to be hurting and torturing downed and already injured opponents and as a martial artist and an MMA fan there is nothing that I would like more then to see Liddell beat him up and knock him out viciously. But unfortunately if they were to have a match I think that just the opposite would happen. Wanderlei is a lot more complete fighter then Liddell. He's stronger, his stand up is better (he was able to strike with Hunt and Mirko, the best kickboxers in MMA world and give them both a war and best striker Chuck fought so far was Quinton Jackson, and "Rampage" crushed him in that match; Silva on the other hand knocked "Rampage" out brutally in both their matches) and his ground skills are far more advanced. Chuck's only advantage would be his wrestling but I really don't think it would make much difference in this match. I think that Silva would take this by a convincing TKO or a KO.
Phill Baroni vs Rich Franklin
This is another miss match Franklin is a lot better and far more complete and experienced fighter then Baroni and he would win this fight without any trouble.
Henderson vs Hughes
This is tough to call. They are both excellent, well rounded fighters with particularly great wrestling skills. But Hughes would be in disadvantage here because Dan is out of his weight class. He is bigger, heavier and probably even stronger then Matt and that would be a problem. Matt could not overpower him like he does everyone else and he couldn't inflict his usual style. On top of that Dan's boxing is probably bit more advanced as well. So I have Dan as a slight favorite here, but again, very close match.
And finally Gomi vs Pulver - has already happened about a year and a half ago. They fought in PRIDE and Gomi knocked him out. It was more less a boxing match from start to finish and Gomi was in complete control and did the job with a left uppercut midway through the first round.
And Kenny Florian is still a rookie and he needs to go through a lot more fights and good fighters before being able to take on someone of Gomi's caliber and experience.
