If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.
Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices
Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)
Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.
Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.
To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.
Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

How many pounds in a ponds? If you can't lift a finger to check for a spelling mistake what makes you think you are going to lose 90 pounds? If you can think of a more realistic goal in a shorter length of time then try that first. How about one pound in one week, then 1 more pound in one week. At this rate you will lose 50 lbs. in 50 weeks

Yes because if you divide that out. Thats 9 pounds a month. Round it to about a pound and a half to two pounds to lose a week. It is possible as long as you keep motivated. Remember your doing this for YOU not for anyone else. Just workout daily, do cardio (example:running) and muscle toning (example:lift weights). Keep a well-balanced diet with little or no processed foods. Eat white meat, plenty of veggies and fruits, wheat bread, and absolutely no fast food or junk food. NONE! get it, got it, GOOD!

If you weighed 105, then it would take you about 3 days to lose 5 pounds. If your 90 pounds overweight, it would take you 8 weeks or less to lose 90 pounds. (Your body has to synthesize the fat energy). And it will only take what it needs. Excersize outdoors. This will decrease appetite because of the heat. Only eat when your stomach growls. Excersize not once a day, but TWICE a day. I am thin, and I lose weight in a flash using this method. I just walk twice a day fro 45 min to an hour. I eat a lot of cheese products, and drink tons of water. Coke will make you retain water in your face and stomach because of the sodium. I only drink one a day.
If you really want to lose weight, marijuana naturally regulates your body's metabolism, and you will lose weight much easier.

It's reasonable. A great rate of weight loss is 2 lbs a week, 8 a month. Which is 80 in ten months. Just keep exercising and dieting. Don't fall prey to diet pills - because once you stop, you'll gain everything back and more. Learn to change your lifestyle to support health eating habits. Good Luck.

skipping meals is not a good plan, better to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day and rev up your metabolism--i would take another look at the weight loss goal you have though--i don't know how tall you are ,but 106 lbs can be really, really skinny on some body types. ediets.com has some good info.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Possibly, but this is going to take a lot of work... meaning 1 hour of exercise a day, drinnk lots of water and eat right. It would be more realistic to set a lower goal so you do not burn out. 1-2 pounds per week is more reasonable.

it is, but it would take a tremendous amount of discipline. you would have to stick to a strict meal and exercise plan. you should seek advice from a nutritionist, but most women need around 1500 calories a day to lose weight and 2000 a day to maintain. you should a rainbow of high fiber, nutrient dense fruits, berries, and vegies a day along with high fiber, whole wheat, whole grain pastas, bread products, soy products, lean meats, and low fat dairy products. you should start exercising 30 minutes a day 3 days a week with some light resistance/weight training. then, after a few weeks, increase your regimen to 5 days a week, for 30 minutes of cardio with 3 days to include your weight lifting/resistance training. after 3 more weeks, increase your cardio work out to 45 minutes a day 5 days a week, and lift and do resistance training 3-4 days a week for at least 30 minutes. your body was made to work out and loves to be active. invest in a pedometer to reach a goal of at least 10,000 steps a day. my daily average on my pedometer is around 17,000 steps. you can do it. good luck.---drink a lot of water and green tea as well.

Absolutely! If you lose 2-3 pounds a week (a realistic goal if you work hard), then you can lose that weight! You need to consult with a doctor when you have made the decision to lose that much weight. She or he will want to monitor your health and encourage you when you progress.
