Rinse with mouthwash and use a little ambesol or oragel to numb the pain. After using the Listerine (or some such) to kill any bacteria, the body will heal the sore on its own. If she gets more in a short period or it refuses to heal, see a dentist; she may have a medical issue or may be biting her lip or tongue.
