I can't stand it. In some ways I see it as emotional teasing- it screws with your head to try and figure out if a comment is heartfelt or not.

Hi, yes, in a way sarcasm is annoying. Especially when you know you did something wrong and somebody uses sarcasm to rub in the guilt in you and make you feel awful.

You are completely correct. It is really, REALLY annoying under most circumstances and it really makes me think bad of the person doing it.

I don't mind it so much. But, some people really over-use it, to the point where nothing they say is sincere. That is really obnoxious.

If it comes from someone I know well, then I don't mind it but I think it is rude when someone is sarcastic to someone they don't know.
