Are bathrooms required in all Los Angeles County restaraunts?

do all restaraunt in L.A country have to have bahrooms or is that a choice. if they do what are the guide lines one must follow in opening a restaraunt?

i believe bathrooms are required in all establishments that serve the public. even if not required, i think it would just be a good idea anyway.

Look at LA Health Department rules. But I think you do have to have a bathroom.
