Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

As far as I concern, there are some pillls wherby one can slim down in a glimpse of time.. but after stopping it, the weight will go up again.. I think the best thing is to exercise and control the food intake.. This is perhaps the most effective and also economical method..

NO!! Pills may help, but there not healthy. A good diet with little or no processed foods and plenty of exercise will improve your health and fitness. Taking one chewable childrens vitamin daily is good too. Eat white meat and wheat bread rather than white. Look for the 35 calories bread its even better for ya. Stay away from junk food and FAST FOOD. thats a big no no.

Actually...there is this AMAZING thing i jsut found...no side effects, and it worked so well to improve my health, weight loss was really just a side benifit! It can be found virtually anywhere, any store...and the best part is, its only about 1 dollor for 9 oz.!!!!

its called water. honestly, water is great for weight loss. it is a major part of cleansing the toxins out of your body that cause to have excess weight. Try this- for a couple days, gradually decrease your food intake, and cut back on junk food especially. then for one day (at first), drink ONLY water, at least 60 oz. or try a juice fast, which is sumwat easier. Good luck!

Yes...yes...yes...!
Take a large wooden spoon and clench it between your teeth every time you want to eat. Warning -- after about the first forty or fifty pounds of weight loss, you will want to resume taking in some nourishment.

Stackers work well, but any diet pill does with diet and exercise. It's hard but once you get it going it's so fun to see the results.
