I've become friends with this girl at work, we're both there for summer only, we kind of know each other from high school. We've went out once, and it went pretty good, we talk on the phone a couple times a week, and at work when we get the chance, but I feel she just isn't opening up to me yet. What should I do, I want to do romantic things for her, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea yet. I really really like her a lot.

Try to find out if she likes you the same way, but don't find out with words find out out by the way she acts and the way she treats you and when you both are around each other you'll know if the time is right to ask her if she likes you or not love is all about the gut feeling and instinct. Go with what your heart and mind tell you.If you really like her you'll know what to do when the time comes just wait. Good Luck!

If you have only been "out" once, it is too soon for any romantic stuff. Take time get to know her better. Women like to think a man is interested in her in many aspects, not just sex or physical attraction. If it is meant to be, it will happen but don't rush it and scare her off. Go to the movies, out to eat, go to the park, etc. Take your time.

aww that is soooo sweet, she should already like you, if you talk on the phone already, you have nothing to sweat! go for it, one night after work ask her to go get an ice-cream, or soda or something, if she refuses, call her the next day and tell her how you feel, and that you would like to go out sometime, like to a movie. SHE WILL FALL FOR YOU!

Ask her out for "lunch" on a Saturday, or Brunch. Have a cute, not too personal fun gift for her. Plan several options and find out what she likes, and do it. Movie ? Museum? Music in the park? Bike riding? Shooting suirrels ? (kidding)
