Did you hear that? In just a few short weeks you can have the skills needed to get you enthusiastic applause – even a standing ovation – every time you play. How would that make you feel? Better yet, how valuable would this make you to any volleyball team?

RUN RUN RUN! Start with a 5 minute walk to warm up. Then jog for as long as you can with stand it. Just dont go all the way to passing out. Then walk till your breathing resides, then run again until your completely exuasted. You need to push yourself. You will see great improvement. Heres a tip run while listening to fast music. It keeps the pain and agony off your mind.

run, practice falling, practice hitting the ball.
You run to build up your endurance, to build up your legs and your overall fittness.
You practice falling as you will be digging the ball a lot of the time. You're going to get dirty.
You practice hitting the ball because that is what you are going to be doing a lot of the time. Practice hitting the ball when someone serve it to you. Practice hitting the ball, to set it up for someone else. Practice hitting the ball when someone sets it up for you. Practice hitting the ball over the net, when it comes to you.

I prefered squats, but you'll need to have someone explain how to do them for you.
