You can take in a lot of "knowledge", but it doesn't become "wisdom" until it's applied to situations and is time-tested. Wisdom is knowing "all" the possibilities for scenerios, and choosing the "best answer". [No pun intended.]

Wisdom takes time, intelligence, experience.

reading this might help.

from being a Real Estate Appraiser, I possess the knowledge of all the components required in building a house or building. I know where every piece of lumber, electrical wire, ductwork, brick, steel, etc. are placed. Most will say I have the knowledge to build a house. I know how to build a house, but I lack the skill or wisdom to apply this knowledge to the actual construction of a house. My lack of wisdom prevents me from putting all the pieces together.

Similarly, we can read the Bible everyday and we can even memorize passages in the Bible. We can know all about the Bible. We can memorize how many books are in each Testament. We can memorize where each book is placed in the Bible. We can even read devotionals everyday. We know where to find what, we can tell people what passages to read for different situations. But, do we have the skill, the wisdom to apply this knowledge to everyday life? Do we have the wisdom to put all the pieces together?

Integrity. For what good is a lot psychological wisdom and understanding, if those are actually not used for good intentions and applications? persons and society can purely earnings and prosper from the understanding of honest people who do no longer take earnings of others with the aid of their specific or extra advantageous wisdom. There might then no longer be circumstances of people who've been cheated, or the crumple of financial establishments. And understanding, tempered with integrity will make certain that there is solidarity, peace and a lot that could surely bless each kinfolk, team, enterprise, society or government. it is via a loss of those that society those days is rampant with dysfunctional households, commercial crimes, prevalent corruption, ineffective governments and failure of financial structures, which bring about financial downturns, loss of jobs and human suicides. Decline of a civilization might perhaps initiate whilst Mankind reaches a severe degree of unfavourable, and wicked ethical and ethical values.

One can have WISDOM without the other ...

example:A New Guinea shaman who can commune with his universe by watching a sunrise ...

how: meditate and know self ...knowledge will likely be the biggest obstacle ...

knowledge is data- and pride in data ...it is aerial and wrathful

wisdom is intuition - fiery and all embracing ...it does not need knowledge to make its "connections " ...but if it is armed with both (wisdom and knowledge- it is truly venerable and sagacious ) ...and this is "Understanding"

Use the knowledge you have and put it into action.
There are many people who have lots of knowledge and do nothing with it.
It's like having a beautiful shiny new car in the garage and never putting any gas into it.

It's belief in to wisdom.. write a paper and it'll be reviewed by tons of people and maybe in a few years, if it's good enough, it'll be approved.

Experience.

Knowledge without application is like a car with a full tank of gas sitting in the driveway. It's doesn't do much good unless you actually use it.
