So here i am 44yrs old white female, Alone on Forth of July, ?? why ??? i wounder? did God want me to be alone to night on the greatest night the sky lights up and joy is felt in the eyes of children.
To day is my daughter and son in laws wedding anivercery thy have taken there child to his side of the family to watch the sky light up.
I could have gone but it is her life not mine. I have had my joy, now it is my daughters to fell like a mother and to know her inlaws alone with her child and husband not her drag along mother.
So tell me your story why you are alone to night as i sit here and work on my blog and my yahoo. pictures and watch DVD/s drink coffee and eat a icream pop.
This is the day my life begain with my child to concive in 1983, this is the day my husband perposed to me in 1983,
this is the day my life ended today in the year 1996, the rest is history for today is a day of life and death of my marriage2000. you win some you lose some??? in the end.

what I was alone this year on the Fourth of July as my wife was at a party I was not invited to and when I said can't I come she told me it's a girls party . So I said OK and followed the witch and when I got there to my surprise was couples entering this place and they sure didn't look like all girls so I sat alone in my car waiting for the witch to come out . Expecting to see her with some guy . But to my surprise again she had a guy on each arm . And the in front of her who opened the car door. Also was with her and I followed them to a motel . Where I decided three against one would not be fair . So I imagine as the fireworks were going off in that motel room . I would just go home and wait for that stretched out piece of meat to walk through that door and I would say hi honey nice night was the party OK did you girls talk a lot . and with a smile on her face she said yes dear they were me out . I'm going to bed now . And that's how I spent my fourth of July this year

I am a 43 yr old male, who is alone today, just like any other day.
I went for a ten mile bike ride, then watched the fireworks from Boston on t.v.
I know the girl I like from work is prob not alone, she is with her family and someone special. That hurts. What hurts the most is that she will not even talk to me anymore. And, if I was tall and good looking, I would not be alone, I would be with her.
I hope my pain goes away, but whenever I am at work and she talks to her tall guy friends and not me, it rips out my heart and stomach.

I sit here alone..listening to distant fireworks. I could go and view them, but whats the point if I have noone special to share them with. So I sit here reading questions and trying to answer them with the best of my ability. I am sorry for your losses. I can relate to your pain. Yes, you are correct.. you win some and you lose some. I'm 39 and alone too, with the exception of hearing my son and his girlfriend fight which half the time I don't know if it's a serious one or not.
Oh Yay....listening to the joys of what I'm missing!!!
I better start investing in asprin again!

I'm actually alone tonight also, but my husband is at work. We goit married liek 3 weeks ago and our first forth of july alone, :-(

god gives you the free will to make choices, just because you are alone was not gods choice. it was your choice, don't make god out to look cruel and uncaring. you aren't alone, god is there with you. I am never alone , my god is always with me. I wouldn't know what it felt like to not have god with me at all times, he is my partner and friend through this life.always has been.
