I really want something delicate, unique, and suprising when I ask her to marry me. I was thinking about a really nice place to eat, you know the place where you have to dress all nice and stuff, and take her on a horse and carrigae ride and ask her then. Any ideas or suggestions to really make this night unforgettable. I want this to be really special, something more for her than me because I know this means a lot to her. Me also, but all this effort is for her.

That is sweet! I say just think about how your relationship has gone... maybe ask her the same place you first laid eyes on her? Or where you had your first kiss? Just be romantic and all will fall into place!

That's nice,
U can also take her out and put the ring in the Glass she's drinking from or u can go up to the hostess and ask if u can use the microphone thing and ask her in front of everyone. U can bring a big banner with " WILL U MARRY ME" have the waiter or waitress bring it out b 4 the main meal have them stand behind u holding it up so she can see it.
If u do the thing with the microphone, u can have the hostess make a announcement for everyone to be really quiet because someone has something important to say to the lady at table( wherever Ur gonna be sitting) and say something very sweet and romantic then ask her
U have have the waiter bring a covered dish, have her uncover it and have the ring and a rose on the plate then ask her.
However u do it, she will be happy, surprised and crying.

I'm not a public display kind of person. If it were me I would rather do nice dinner and a long walk. During the walk you could put the ring in your hand and then hold hers. When she wonders what it is and looks down that would be the time for you to get down on one knee and confess all the reasons you love her and ask her to marry you. That would be perfect for me. Most men give too many signs that the moment is coming. If you do it like I suggest then it will be romantic with an element of surprise. What ever you decide please work on not giving it away before the actual moment. Lots of luck to you!!!

Do something crazy. Something she won't expect. If you take her out to dinner somewhere nice she might expect something is going to happen. You can make it romantic but do something she won't expect. Something you both won't forget. Maybe take her on a weekend get away somewhere and do it then. I don't know where you live but if you live near Tennessee maybe rent a cabin in the woods and spend the weekend there and one night take her out to dinner and ask her there. Or if you live near a beach have a picnic on the beach under the stars and ask her there. The possibilities are endless. If she loves you as much as you love her which I'm sure she does then she'll love whatever way you decide.

*Where was your first date? Take her back there and relive the moment and then make a new moment in time.
*Suprise her at work in front of all of her co-worker.
*If you want to do the dinner thing..... get her parents involved (if able) and tell her that they invited you guys out to dinner and ask her during dessert.

My fiance took me on a walk, which is what we did for our first date. He proposed to me the day before my birthday so I wasnt expecting it at all. He proposed under a tree and now we always have "our tree" and plan to have engagement pics/wedding pics taken there, too! Good luck!

Take the ring and a roll of sewing string ( 88 cents at Walmart ) tie the one end to her finger and allow the other end to have the ring on it YOU hold that, then while your asknig her allow the ring to slip down the string and on to her finger.

hat do you know is possibly a dream to her.....Surprise is a joyful experience...is there a place she talks about with fondness?..Consider a Punic with her at this place..close to nature and pop the question after she expresses her joy of being with you in unexpected places.
