I you can get to Saint John, go to the city market there. There is a vendor who sells Jamaican Jerk spice, and he can tell you where to get it. It is available in Saint John, probably fredericton too.

I think you should check grocery stores that tend to have ethnic food items, or even any sort of speciality stores that carry more exotic food items. Or get it from the USA (if they've got it there) and stock up when your there...

it's pretty common now, so maybe in your local supermarket. it would be in the ethnic foods aisle or canned foods aisle (wherever your store has similar products, like canned jalepenos or maybe condiments).
