Submissiveness.
They constantly press the issue by seeing how much a woman is willing to put up with
1. Cheating/fathering children with pigs
2. Spying and prying to cover up their guilt about the above
3. Lying
4. Pulling disappearing acts
5. Encouraging their GF to engage in immoral/illegal behavour.
6. Keeping silent about any behaviour she find offensive or reprehensible
If a woman is willing to put up with any of these acts that is to not end the relationship from a guy she is submissive and in a guy's mind a keeper

The biggest thing I look for in a girl is if they are real or not, if they cant be honest then Im not interested.

probably through talk about things that the guy cares
but not so much
cause i'm not a talkative guy, but i get intimidated if the girl just goes on and on and never stops talking

Physical attractiveness.
Pleasantness - just like that lacalledelapicara chick (the answer above), you can tell she is a lot of fun to be around. I bet a date with her is fun, if you can get past her prejudice and bad attitude.
