Im in houston texas and I would like to take sexy photos for my husband and give them as an anniversary gift. Does anyone know where I can find one?

I'm sure some legitimate photographer somewhere in Houston could do that for you, but MAKE SURE the photographer really is in the photography business and not porn. And you should have someone else you know present at the time as a witness to make sure the photographer doesn't try anything out of line.
If you are serious about this, I'd get a good female friend to take them for you - someone you trust with anything, and I'd also do it using a digital camera and print them out yourself to reduce the possibility of someone else seeing them. And I wouldn't keep any digital copies, unless you are 100% sure they are kept where no one else has access.
Unless, of course, you are an exhibitionist! :-)

It depends on the type of "sexy" photos you want. Unless you want full nudes, many pro photographers will take the pictures. Be sure to ask for references, though. You also need to know your comfort zone...are you going to be comfortable posing for the photos? Ask questions such as "Will the pictures be used for exhibit?". Read any contracts/forms you are asked to sign closely, as you may be signing a release allowing exhibition of your photos. Good luck! And happy anniversary!!
