Dear Mariana,
I'm so sorry about your anxiety. Have you ever tried meditation? Where medical doctors or psychiatrists can't help, meditation can do wonders for you.
Where are you? I've been going to meditation for six months in Venice, California. It's helped me a lot to get through a bad relationship I had with a girlfriend. If you're anywhere near California, you are welcome to come to this class; it rilly helps. I'll give you the website:
http://www.onenesssanctuary.org/...
If you are in another country, I am sure you can look for places that offer meditation class. These classes help you go into yourself spiritually and remove any negativity you might have stored in your body. Basically it's you healing yourself through the Divine (in whatever form you believe in the Divine: God, Allah, Vishnu, Buddha, Mother Earth--basically your Higher Self).
I hope the best for you. I'll send my prayers for you.
You can also contact my meditation instructor. He would have more direct information for you and may even be able to help you himself: tayrivera@yahoo.com. His name is Taylor Karunesh Rivera. Tell him Joe sent you.
You're not going to die, Mariana; and you are not crazy. Take care and be strong; we are all with you. =)
Love,
--joe

Seek help...
That is first and foremost.
There is a chance that these are delusions associated with a mental disorder and that should be ruled out.
However.
You could also be experiencing past-life residual memories. If you were abused by the church during the inquisition or tried as a witch during the middle ages, it would not have been outside of the realm of possibility that you were tortured in this way. If this IS a past life residual, you have to tell yourself (vehemently) that this is a different life and that you are safe now. You've learned the lessons from that lifetime and you can let it go.
Best of luck to you--I hope you find peace.

There is no question that you need to see a doctor. You need a workup to rule out a medical cause. If ruled out see a psychologist. Have yourself admitted for obnservation at your hospital before you hurt yourself or others. Who is Virigina and is she safe? Get her to safety.

You need to see a doctor and perhaps a psychologist. The sooner the better.

you should seek help right away. If you don't feel comfortable speaking to a shrink. then maybe speak to a legitimate psychic about it. Someone may have been trying to tell you something.
