The amount of heat taken from the air is too little to be able to turn something into electrical.

The nuclear for example, can generate so much heat, it turns water to vapor and can move mechanic gyration and produce electricity. That is the process. The heat taken out from the air by air conditioning can not mechanically turn something and convert it to electric (too weak).
