first of all you must discount eating cheese or drinking coffee etc before bed if you are not doing that then pay attention to your dreams the most important thing is the underlying emotion in the dream if for example it is fear look at your life and see who is makeing your fearful etc etc and take steps to recitify the situation

Dreams are often filled with symbols. Your dreams may reveal that you are under a lot of stress, are insecure in a situation, or some other such thing. You can find the most common dreams on the internet. Google "dream symbols."

Short of seeking professional help, if they are bothering you that much, buy a book on dreams or rent one from the library and see if you can find anything about them in there..........

Find someone, anyone that you can confide in and talk about it......It's the only way to make a dream a dream, and you'll feel 100% better....Take care, hun.....

Talk to someone about them---click on my avatar--click on my message tag in my profile--drop me a line--talk to me--I have no agenda--am not a lunatic for sure --know a little about dream interpetations and am a good listener--and above all I'm not in your loop and am not involved--you should be able to unload on me safely and without fear---try it--we'll get it solved
