Seriously, hide out in the bushes next to his house. When he comes home from work, sneak up behind him. Bite off his left ear. Girls don't like guys with one ear. So as long as you have both ears, she will be head over hills for you and totally over that one eared loser.

Move on, if she likes him it is extremely selfish to try and "get her to break up w/hm." That is none of your business. If you like her just be a friend to her. When they do break up maybe you can be the rebound guy. But to try and make them break up is just going to make you look bad.

well become close to her first like friends. then keep on bugging them but in an not to buggy to the girl but the boy. soon enough the boy will get mad at you and will try to punch you until the girl you like got use to you so much that she stand up for you and then brake up with him. let her recover from that and then make your move and tell her your feelings.
