Let's see:
1) Satan is in a unique position to know whether God exists (or whether Satan himself exists, for that matter).
2) Assuming that both God and Satan exist, then Satan must be well acquainted with the Son of God.
3) Therefore, Satan is a Christian. He literally has no choice.
Another reason to stay out of Christian churches! (As if I needed another.)

What religion is Satan...If you mean does Satan believe there is a God, then I would say yes he believes in God, otherwise he is a mad fool who has been fighting against a good God he believes doesnt exist all these centuries. This belief however does not make him a Christian, because a Christian is a follower of what God does.
If you mean who does Satan worship, then I would have to say himself. He is all for himself. He believes in himself and he does whatever he wants, so he is a Satanist.
There is a big difference between what we believe and what we actually worship. Similarly, there is a big difference between what Satan believes and what he actually worships. He must be laughing at how stupid we are not to believe in God.
In response to your last question, people have been asking these types of questions all over the internet lol.

Satanism. But it is not the satanism everyone knows, which is the LeVeyan Satanism, named after the founder and author of the "satanic" bible. I put it in quotes because LeVeyan satanists, don't actually believe in Satan, they just use him as an image to represent anti-religion and anti-god, which means that there is no sin and you can do whatever you want. There is also Luciferianism, which is often identified as an auxiliary of Satanism, due to the canonical identification of Lucifer with Satan. There is also Setianism, which i believe to be the true satanists. They venerate the egyptian god Set, god of the underworld. This cult performs several different forms of black magic, rituals and sacrifices. They have "pylons" which are similar to churches all over the world, but again , they're an underground cult that most people don't know about, unlike LeVeyans who many convert to.

Satan is a christian. If thats what you want to call him. Satan isn't really mentioned until the New Testament. He knew Jesus is the son of God, which is why he tempted him in the bible.
Satan knows the truth, he just doesnt want people to know the whole truth. He told Eve the fruit would make her like GOD, and she will become wiser. Well yea she sort of became wiser, but now she has to give birth with pains, go through a monthly period, and have her husband work the fields for food.

Well, Bill, we all know that Ole Dan Scratch was a crafty angel, one of the best, they say. He knew a bunch of things and thought he was right in line to be CEO of the whole shootin' match. That there is what they teach back at Baylor. So I thought I knew a thing or two about religion and about Satan. But then...
Well, I was touched.
I was touched by His Noodly Appendage and now I know! and for that matter so does Satan.
Yes, Satan is a Pastafarian, he worships the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
It is the only religion with balls (two, meat)
So read all about it here and be yourself touched by the Flying Spaghetti Monster. His Creation story will be told in schools throughout America if we have our way.

I typed a great answer but I wiped it out unfortunately by mistake. What are God questions? They are so vague I wonder if they are in the same category as the current Republican espousal of values which are never defined. If you are centered on God, I wouldn't worry about Satan's religion. I think there are people asking God questions like Pope Benedict XVI and the Dalai Lama.

People that follow Satan call themselves satanists. Satan doesn't have a religion. He focuses on getting as many people as he can to not believe in God. Satan isn't anything but a fallen angel that wants to be god himself.

Religion is man made. Why would Satan belong to any religion anymore than God?
