I think the religion start the first time man relized they didnt know why something was....so they created a why.
humans need that security for the things we can not explain....at least not yet I beleive god and religion will go way once science has the answers there will no longer be a need for a god

In today's day and age, we are all free to think as we wish, including you, me and everyone else on YA, so there is no more religious enslavement (at least in most countries of the world).
