I actually just got a phone call from a 561 area code. If you go here you might see that the number you got is part of a scam. I http://www.clampants.com/archives/000232.html. I got this one and they left a voice mail and yup it was in spanish 561-228-5689.
Woops the website doesnt work if you click on it so you can try copying and pasting it or just search this on google:area code 561 scam...and then go down to the one that says CLAMPANTS.
