i've been exercising for more than 2 months now and i have loss some ichest aroung my weist and i looks less fat but still my weight its not reducing , i also eat better than before and i execise 70 minutes in the treadmill 5 times a week plus yoga but still my weight remain almost the same , what's the best thing to do ?

well i had Hormonal thyroid test 3 monts ago butthe result come out ok , so Dr told me just to exercise and eat healthy and i totally change my way to eat and i exercise but still i have loss only 7 pounds in more than 2 months .

You're building muscle and losing fat. Since muscle weighs more, your weight isn't going down. Don't fret! Numbers aren't important... everyone's different.

At 15 I am not sure you should weight that much. What position do you play? However, I do not think weight loss pills are the answer. I would try to watch what you eat, eat foods high in fiber, and also maybe do some cardio. The BMI does not distinguish between body fat and muscle. If you want to know if your body fat is to high, then there are special devices that read that. But dont go by the BMI.

Add weight training, I would do this over cardio, anyday! Start with bicept curls, squats and deadlifts, one set of 8 reps. Im assuming your female, start with no weight and then Increase the wieght one pound every week until you get to a weight you are comfortable with.

Have a chicken salad for your last meal of the day and eat no later than 5pm, providing you work first shift.

Well what are worried about?

If you're exercising to look thinner then isn't more important to look like you lost weight rather than just losing but not quite looking?

Don't worry about the pounds- the inches are hwat count.
If you havn't lost weight then it should be easier for you to keep the weight off because the extra pounds burn extra calories. Keep on going, take off those inches.

What you are doing is increases your lean body mass- something on alot of people's to do list- and usuallly the more educated, succesful exercisers.

Try uping your calorie intake a little bit. I know it sounds strange, but my husband had this problem for months, when he upped his calorie intake by about 500 calories, he started to lose weight.

Be patient,don't get desperated,because is going to come but not soon,just try to drink a lot of water,and watch what you eat,that helps a loot,good luck there
