put sugar, vanilla extract, and milk in ziploc a bag (add strawberry syrup or chocolate syrup for that certain flavor). then put that bag into another bigger ziploc with rock salt and ice. seal tightly and DO NOT OPEN. shake and knead until the inner bag's contents are the right consistancy. enjoy!

For a 4 quart ice cream maker:
2 cups milk
1 3/4 sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups half and half
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups whipping cream
-Add all ingredients, stirring until dissolved. Follow instructions on ice cream maker. Or just put in freezer for an hour, then check. If too soft freeze until firmer. Enjoy!

1/2 pint (250ml) single/light cream, small tin of condensed milk, 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract (according to taste)
