You can usually see it in his eyes. If there is chemistry there you will see it in them. Also if he is nervous around you and smiles a lot. You could be gutsy and ask him out. Guys like that!

go out places with him and if he only payes attention to oyu and know one eles maybe he does but yeah yoiu should also talk to him about it and ask him also if he flirts wihtout reallyyy badly and is finding ways to touch you then maybe he does like you
