The Star Trek character was named "Seven of Nine".

I have no idea why somebody would sign their name as Seven of Eleven. Maybe they're a misinformed Trekkie.

Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix One was her Borg name. No, I'm not a Star Trek geek, it was just an interesting name and I have an eidetic memory.

When someone wants to be sarcastic or emphasise a certain personality they use a persona within popular culture to illustrate their point. For example, I would refer to my self as Joey Potter (Dawsons Creek) - country girl, big dreams, insecure (as a teen) etc.
