How do you convert music videos from Limewire to your iPOD/iTunes? **POINTS**?

I mean my music videos on Limewire ... I cant figure out how to save them because I cannot "enqueue" them.. so how do YOU convert a music video from Limewire to iTunes or your iPOD ??

It provides an option where you have Limewire automatically send your files to iTunes so they will automatically upload to the iPod when you plug it in.
