Going somewhere and doing something public with a time limit (just in case you can't stand the person) like a sporting event or a movie. Afterward, if things are going well, a meal so you have a chance to talk.

For me? Sharing dinner with a nice woman, nice conversation, maybe a few drinks or dessert after wards. A nice walk outside. Generally getting to know her better and her personality. The end of the date, depending on how it went a nice kiss when I take her home and say goodnight. Then we see where it goes from there.

Meet up for a quick lunch.
Catch a movie that you both think would be good.
Walk through the mall and get to know each other some more.
Have dinner.
Go home and think about the day.
