Thats a relative question since all women have different criteria for what they like in a bloke (which makes it harder for us sometimes).
The best advice is to just be yourself. Don't go out of your way to impress a girl otherwise if she likes you it's because of your performance and not because of the real you. Then you'll have to keep that up if you want to keep her and it'll all end in tears yadeh yadeh....
At least if a girl likes you for who you are you can be confident of her affection and that it's genuine..
If that doesn't work there's always pheremone sprays...

I must say Be yourself, but that's not everything. Be nice, pay attention to her, smile when you talk. Make her notice that she's a little bit more special than other girls. That'll grab her attention.
