I've come sooo close to asking guys out cos I couldn't sense that they weren't going to and my instincts were right, good thing i didn't.
Initially when I was contemplating it, I did some research to calculate the risk of rejection. That's when i discovered they already had a girlfriend or wasn't interested.
To get asked out by a chick, tell her straight out-i like u. Then she knows for sure ur not gonna say no. Guys just aren't good with flirting. E.g. there's no hair twirling or over excessive laughing
My experience has scarred me for life-I'll never consider asking a guy out.

Typically, I don't ask a man out. There are bold moves, and then there are BOLD MOVES. I would rather make a subtle move and see if the guy has interest in me and can be the man to make the initiative to ask me out.
I think most women want a man who does not play games and has the self esteem and confidence to lead the dating process.

well i think i personally would never ask a guy out...for traditional reasons. but anyway i know that there are some woman who would, and i think that the way you act around that girl and when not around her will inspire her or intrest her. also be kind, honest u know those old things guys use to be...j/k LOL

Wow, I think it would have to be someone I really liked to even become that bold. I think if he sent me the right signs that he wanted me to confront him. Like he was always like showing up places where I was, but when I would see him there, he would act like he was just bored and stopped by. Or like if he was always throwing hints about places he would like to hang out if he had someone who wanted to go with him. Like he is always trying to sit next to me or close enough to me that I notice him watching me. Or that he openly flirts with me, encouraging me to flirt back. I would definitely want to be around him, and he would know that he has me where he wants me. The longer he held out without asking me out, would make be bold enough to just ask him. It would frustrate me to know that he liked me, but wasn't trying to approach me. That's probably the only way though.

compliments! really, men have forgot the power of a compliment!
eye contact, and shy staring is also a good way for a girl to get the signal- no one wants to be rejected, so make sure she knows your into her.
good luck playa!

I agree with marena. If i see that a guy is interested in me, i'll go for it. but i'll have to be very very very sure that the likes me or i won't risk it
