i dont think there is one-way to often it is an issue either up for vote or effecting a election-ask yourself could an atheist get elected president in this country-now where is the line-thanks old hippie here

Well, it should be left out of ALL government functions, meetings and court room decisions. It should be left out of the Federal, State and Local levels. It should NOT be in our schools or promoted by our higher education. I see no reason not to offer classes in it in University or College if they don't PROMOTE the religion of their choice.

So bascially I believe that the Freedom of Religion is also the Freedom FROM Religion and even though (yes, I am a Christian and God fearing at that) I don't understand how people can PUSH their anger and beliefs down others throats. People accept or not, leave it at that and leave it alone.

How can we answer this question...Considering most politicians are involved in ancient mystery schools...our relgion doesnt matter because most of ours has ignorance as its theme. The line should be drawn between extreme materialistic people having high office positions

i've got heard of the Mormon Meadows bloodbath and the Crusades. ok so which you're saying Mormons are regular adequate to be in politics. yet whilst we've a political candidate like Christine O'Donnell who basically brings up that she "dabbled in witchcraft" in a quick episode whilst she replaced into youthful, human beings say this is unacceptable. I think every one who works for the govt should be atheist. No religious favoritisum is acceptable. And I think we'ed trust eachother a whole lot more.

Actually, the seperation of church and state is interpreted as state stays out of church(and that's it).
