Diet, diet, diet! Cut out all the crap. No sugar whatsoever, except in its natural form...fruit, berries etc. Fried food has to go as well. Also, I found B Complex with C Vitamins helped. Don't expect a miracle drug to help. Your body is expelling toxins, and acne is the result. Stop putting crap into your body, and it will stop trying to get rid of it.
In my opinion!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I use the Clear Skin Regimen at http://www.acne.org. It's a non-profit (so it's free), the guy who created used to suffer from pimples himself. The system works wonders on my face, and its helped countless other people. The best part is that you don't have to order or buy any expensive treatments, everything you need for the Regimen can be found at your local drugstore. Find out more at the website.
In general, for clear skin it helps if you: don't touch/pick at your skin, drink lots of water, wash your hair frequently, change your pillowcases, exercise, wear little make-up (or if needed, hypo-allergenic makeup), and minimize stress.
Another important tip is to look up online consumer reviews of acne products before you buy them, using sites like epinions.com or drugstore.com. A great website I use to get cosmetic reviews is makeupalley.com (A mostly women's site). Researching the effectiveness of products helped me a lot in my battle against blemishes. Hope this helps!

acne? because pimples and acne are not the same thing, you see acne is a condition that is treatable, pimples come and go on their own and they ussually appear by small numbers anyways a home remedy is to clean the affected area with soap and water i find it helpful to use ivory soap to wsh and try to keep the dirt out of the affected area like dont put your hands on your face so much..also my mom once told me that taking a lemons juice and adding salt and apply this every morning gets rid of them, i dontknow cus i nver tried it but my bro did and he hasnt had a pimple since..

Don’t apply any oily or chemical cosmetics on the face. Apart from this basic acne remedy you can also use natural cleansers for better results.

Honey. It works.
But naturel honey of course (like the healthy one) First, mix a bit of salt and water in a bowl, and wash your face with the salt water, this will exfoliate. then spread an even layer of honey on your face. let stay on for 5-7 minutes, then wash off.
do this twice a day.
try benezol perioxide for spots, or even toothpaste for spots. make sure you just splash your face with water after you sweat/get dirty, to unclog pores.
use WARM water to open pores to clean, then COOL water to close pores when done washing.
keep hair OFF face, don't touch face. drink 6-8 glasses of water a day and always use a clean towel when washing your face.
