there this guy and me aand him are really good firneds we hang out all the time and every single time we hang out he flirts with him really badly and all i want to do is come up to him and wrap my arms aroud his neck and he will wrap his armsa round my waist>.. if i ever just came up to him like that would he like it?

It depends on the chemistry you guys have, you seem like you guys are feeling each other. If he didn't like you, you would be able to read the body chemistry. As long as he doesn't have a girlfriend, maybe it wouldn't offend and it might make him more attracted to you. Now, if he only sees you as a friend, then it could be misleading signals so just be careful about doing this in the future with other guys. Some guys like girls who are forward and some take them for being a little too aggressive.

You'll have to learn to use your own individual judgement for specific situations. I can tell you that I like aggressive women, but I do not like overly flirtatious girls who seem to have no self control. So, it would depend on the specifics. Just do what your heart tells you. Just go up to him and tell him that you have these feelings that when he's around. Just tell him that you and him should start something, if not you and him can always be friends.
