I'm about 5'3" and my boyfriend, at the end of the school year, was like 5'7" and-a-half. He always grows a lot over the summer... he'll probably come back nearly 6 feet tall.
I would never break up with him for a height difference or anything... but is it okay to have such a difference? I'll get used to it, I know, but it'll be different when he comes back from camp for the school year.
(I even bought cute new heels for school... I really love them, but I also figured I'll be a couple inches taller for him.)
Am I stressing too much? Is anyone else is a similar situation? Does it ever cause any kind of problem?

I said I wouldn't break up with him over it. I wouldn't throw away what I have with him because of height. I really don't have a huge problem about it, I just wanted opinions.
Oh, and I'm 14. :)

I never heard of such a difference causing a problem if it's the guy who's taller. It can be a problem if it's the girl who's taller(*), although I think in today's day and age less so than in the past.

height makes no difference, no matter if the woman or the man is taller. love is what matters. also, from my experiences, most men like to be taller, by maybe 6-10 inches. lol, and by the way, a girl i had was taller and me, and hat made no difference to me. all you have to do is llok into his eyes, and you can c why you should stay together

dont worry about it! height is not a problem! i have these two friends who are going out and the guy is about a foot taller than the girl! its ok! and the same thing for those girls who are taller than the guys they go out with! its all ok! so stop stressing out and it wont cause a problem at all!

No reason to stress. If you care for one another, the height isn't going to make one lick of difference.

Yep your stressing for nothing...Most girls like a tall guy...Nothing wrong with the size most boys like a small girl including me...

that is probably the worst reason to break up with someone I have ever heard...that is really not that big of a difference...my brother is about 6' and his girlfriend is about 5'4"...and i don't think they have ever noticed this about themselves...ever

In my experience tall guys prefer shorter girls. So stay with him and dont worry so much.
