The shortest trip by train takes 37 h 15 min, but I think that is cheap. Unfortunately there is no way to check the fares in Internet for the whole trip.

You must take a train from Warsaw to Krakow at 19:05 (83414 - arrives 21:55) and change there to an international train (381) from Krakow to Bucarest (in fact there is a coach or several coaches, carried by different trains) that leaves 22:30 and arrives to Bucarest 23:15 of the following day. At 1:30 of the other day you must take a train (1015) from Bucarest to Varna (where it arrives 9:20). For this last train you need reservation... but I don´t know if you can do it via Internet...
Despite that, I think that you can to this in two parts: from Warsaw to Budapest and from Budapest to Varna (there is a direct sleeping car).
You can take the train from Warzawa to Breclav (12:00 to 18:08) and from there another train from Breclav to Budapest (19:52 to 23:22). Next day, at 8:15, leaves the sleeping car to Varna (arrives at 10:07: through coach, Subject to compulsory reservation, Couchettes - Runs as D 732 up to Lököshaza, then as R 375 up to Bucuresti Nord Gr. A, then as 1011 up to Ruse(BG), then as 9621 ). The problem is that all trains request reservations... I don´t know you can do the reservations, perhaps in Varsaw!
