My girlfriend did not go for three days,it almost killed her.Her kidney's were not working and she ended up in the hospital for four days. as for a full bladder i think the test where you drink a lot of water so they can check it,is 1 gal. I may be wrong on that but I couldn't remember how much I had to drink for the test.

It all depends on how much you drink v.s. how much you sweat. If I drink beer I have to pee very often. When I am working I am constantly sweating and drinking water and do not have to pee. I guess as long as you empty your bladder then don't drink anything and sit out in the sun sweating you may never have to pee again, for you will die quickly.

How long do you sleep at night without going to pee? This is about how long you can hold your urine - maybe 8 hours. Any longer, toxins build up. When my kids were babies, we had to make sure they went pee about every 4-6 hours.
Drinking lots of water makes you pee more often.

i think the real question is WHY r u asking people on here instead of consulting ur doctor? If your not peeing....SOMETHING'S WRONG!!!

To answer ur question it would depend on ur liquid intake...at most i would say 24 hours. (1 day)
