Most competitive eaters are typically very thin. Given the amount of calories and fat that they consume during competitions they should be obese. The recent winner of Coney Island's hot dog eating contest consumed 54 hot dogs in 12 minutes, yet he appears to be a healthy weight. How do they do it? Do most of them have to vomit?

they probably vomit. Remember, it takes at least fifteen minutes for your stomach to signal your brain that it is full, or does your brain signal your stomach?
