It's winXP but media center was already installed. I'm just tryin to find a way that I won't loose media center.

If you don't have the original install CD, then I' afraid your only option is to either get the PC maker to send you the install CD, or download the beta version of Vista which is similar in function to Media Center. Did the PC come with windows XP or Windows Media Center?

it will load with windows -(its on the windows cd) WinMedia does not have its own CD -also you can go to the windows site and download latest verision

better yet go to winamp.com and download winamp for free its better than win Med it does not rub all system resourses.

You need to call the manufacturer and ask y they didnt' send disks needed for a recovery, they should have come with the disks.
