i am looking for e-sites where you can barter things talents i have a fixed income and feel this is a good way to not only share my gifts w/ others but find others that would like to share thier gifts w/ me (help each other). pls only answer if you have the imfo i need! i put this in buying and selling because i really dont know where else to put it ? i dont want to selll or buy, just trade..if this question should be in another catagory pls let me know i would like to get as many answers as possible.....

Craigslist has a category specifically for barter. Click on the city nearest you & then go to the "barter" section. You can post or reply to ads for free.

When you barter you are buying or selling, however you are not receiving the traditional form of payment, i.e. cash. You might want to consider looking for e-sites at www.barternews.com as they have listings of 800 barter companies, including all in the U.S. and all have website addressess so you can check them out to see if it would make sense for you to contact them. A barter company in your home town would have a listings of many traders (companies) willing to offer their product or service on barter.

www.u-exchange.com is a trade only site that doesn't charge fees. Also search yahoo barter groups as you may find one in your area.
