my ex boyfriend no had sex with my 14yr old friend and me who is 17 now. He dares me to turn him in. so how do i do that? and how could i show proof so that the girls under 18 are safe without him getting him to like him then have sex with him then leave em. I lost my virginity to him and he said we werent even together for 7 months and he never wanted to date me. I need help. how do i turn him in?

It depends on local law. Until he's over 18, it may be legal for him to have sex with another minor. You have to check. And if it does turn out to be illegal, I can see two ways to provide evidence:
from the 14-year-old you mention (or some other minor he's had sex with), or
from eyewitnesses who saw them engaging in sexual contact (one of the eyewitnesses should do the reporting).
