it is very important to drink alot of water with this product, i used it for a couple months and saw some weightloss.. but it sort of made me jittery at first when i was using it and i didn't like that about it. also it made me **** weird and that grossed me out..
try not relying on diet pills because they may lead you to believe you can eat extra calories or not exercise.. or you can become dependent on the idea of taking them... when really eating healthy and exercise is all you need and its FREE.. doesn't cost the $20 a bottle you'll need several times a month

ALL diet pills are bad. At most you will have a temporary weight loss. And you may have health problems as well because of the diet pills. Look at what has happened with other diet pills and all the harm they have caused. The end result from taking diet pills will be weight gain, and possible bad health. Lose the weight by eating smaller portions of food and exercise a lot. Drink lots and lots of water at least 8 to 10 eight ounce glasses per day.

The comment above about checking if it has ephedra is true...that's a very dangerous chemical that can lead to serious cardiovascular complications that can be life threatening.

If you're looking for an appetite suppressant, the mild effects of something like Hydroxycut aren't worth the risks. Try green tea. If you don't like hot tea, I've recently found Ice Green Tea and they are usually mixed with exotic fruit and are delicious!

If you're looking to lose a few vanity pounds, work hard with diet and exercise.

If you're seriously overweight and are struggling with health issues or are at risk of developing health issues because of the extra weight, talk to your doctor about a pill called Meridia. It is a diet pill that you take once a day and, most importantly, IT WORKS! It is, however, only used for those with a serious weight problem and your doctor may refuse to prescribe it for you if he/she feels like your weight loss can be achieved with diet and exercise alone. If you want more information about any of this, please feel free to contact me.

Probably not good. People have heart conditions and serious effects when on diet pills.

Become a vegetarian: http://www.vegsoc.org/index.html

and supplement with B-12 and vitamin C - despite claims, you really can't get enough of it. Eat healthy oils:
* Organic Olive Oil - most other oils on shelf are carcinogenic and rancid. Don't heat this oil.
* Flax Oil - One tablespoon in morning, and one in the afternoon. You will lose weight.
* There is so much conflicting data about which oil is non carcinogenic and safe for cooking. The answer is probably none, but until I find a definitive answer, I'm probably going to continue using olive, almond or sesame, they are all high in monounsaturates.

Oh of course, and get plenty of excersize: walk, run, play tennis, etc., and do meditation/prayer/yoga.

Good health,
Cheryl

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I think you have to keep well hydrated, I have taken it before and I did lose weight but I felt dizzy on it and had to stop taking it. But I do know other people who have used it and they had no problems with it.

Keep a smaller water glass, which you ought to refill often, instead of a huge water bottle on your workspace.
