Try Loreal's Swim and Sport kid's shampoo. I used it for three years while I was swimming every day on a team and nothing works better!

Get a rubber swimming cap. They look dorky, but they stop your hair from getting crinkly. Always use a nice conditioner and don't wash your hair when you're showering normally, only after you swim.

There is a shampoo out that is for swimmers i think it is called swimmers hair, or something like that. Also deep conditioning's once a week. Go to sally beauty supply to get a package, it doesnt cost much at all. or go to your hairdresser 4 the conditioning.
Good luck

There are special shampoos for people who are in chlorine pools a lot. I don't remember the name of the product though. Ask your beautician. Also, I would recommend weekly deep conditioning treatments.

my guess is that the clorine in the water is frying your hair. The only tip i have for you is to get a swim cap.

Actually, yes. If you own a pool, talk to your folks, or husband, or yourself about getting a salt water chlorine generator. It's really good for your eyes and skin and hair.
