if i manage to get a h-3 visa and work as a trainee in a company with that visa,can i change the visa to h1b later and stay in the company?

H-3's are not very common, but there is no reason that your company cannot file for an H-1B on your behalf after you have completed your training. As long as you qualify, and the cap has not been exceeded, you are eligible to apply for the change of status.

yes, legally the company can do that for you.
