God then Country - in that order - always.
If my country, not American, was overtaken by any extremist group, it would not affect my faith. He's given so much love and forgiveness to me - if they said become X and live, stay Christian and die - well I'll take the second option. Would rather spend eternity with Jesus than a lifetime without him.

I'm not american and I'm not muslim, but still have to point out something that I see as being misleading in your question.
Muslim extremist don't invade countries. Muslim does not stand for a nation or country. It's a religion, and therefore can invade no one.
Although I believe your question is not ill intended, it was perhaps badly placed. Maybe referring to a group like the Taliban would have been correct.
Let me point out to you the fact that even Iran, a country ruled by extremists, allows for freedom of belief.
As for the answer to your question, religion must stay distant from all matters of politics or patriotism.
Allowing for gray areas will lead to Countries taking offensive actions against their counterparts based on religion. An example we all know is the Israel / Palestine conflict. Although there are a number of converging reasons that lead to the continuing conflict, religion is definitely one of the strongest.
It will also lead to people looking at an attack on their nation as being an attack on their religion. Just like you have. The result is a "holy war".
Please allow yourself some reflection. The vocabulary you have used is borderline extremist. Please remember that you don't have to be a muslim to be a radical.
Hope you agree.

Dude seriously-- I'm in the military and muslim people are nicer than us. I've been there trust me. As for the question. Would it affect my faith. You don't need faith when you know and have experienced certain things. Would we be considered christian extremists. Patriotism was a tool used for your submission to be controlled. Yes we live near each other, have nice things, have good jobs..blah blah. Oh yeah, the rest of the world sees us as people who want to exploit them and not care what happens to them. Of course they would be angry, and they are. I've talked to them. What makes us so different...technically were not a democracy ..we have some boundaries of land, but we all have dreams and hopes and maybe ..just maybe we could be taking that from them. Oh but they have the oppurtunity, they could grow also. Nice theory when we already have it and not letting go.Do some travelling, read some books and stop watching cnn.

If America was overtaken by Muslim extremists my country would cease to exist. My country consists of the traditions, the laws, the constitutional rights and all the facets of the America we all have grown up in. The land would be here but none of the cultural values I hold dear. I would have to fight them to the death, because I would rather be dead than live according to Extremist Muslim rule.

As a good American I firmly believe in the separation of church and state and the Bill of rights, Muslim extremists and Christian fundamentalists DO not. It is much more likely that Christa in fundamentalists here in our own country will do what the Muslims are trying to do, and take away freedom of speech and religion.

You're mixing metaphors, comparing apples and oranges. What does patriotism have to do with faith?
And what the hell is "spiritual allegiance"?

there is no such thing as a Muslim extremist, just a Muslim on the wrong path. Islam is about peace and devotion to God. don't listen to what some people say about Islam. they are wrong. if you think Islam is about blowing up innocent people, you are wrong. it says exactly the opposite.
