itching can be caused by alot of different factors especially if your itching to the extent of making your skin red (or even non permanent scarring) the reasons can include:

*jaundice-with yellowing of the skin eyes, itching usually starts on the feet.

* lack of iron in the blood, itching is all over the body

* washing powder/fabric softner

*scabies-itching usually starts in the 'webs' (between) the toes and fingers

*allergy

*auticaria(not sure how its spelt) red 'weals' (slightly raised blotches) all over the body causing uncontrollable itching

it could be any of the above (or none) but best way to find out is go to the doctors, they should know what it is, or send u to a skin hospital,
hope this helps and hope u feel better soon

That depends where is the itch and what you have been doing in the last couple of days before.
In the hair on your head it may be head lice. Shave the head and use strong soap.
On arms and face it may be from rolling in the grass, shower.
On arms and legs, it may be eating too many citrus or acidic fruit.
Try bathing with different soaps. You may have an allergy to soap, food, environment.
This is a condition common for construction workers who have been around fiberglass insulation.
Try to not itch.
Other maladies may occur, see a doctor to check for scoliosis.
Poison oak will cause erratic itching.
Bath more and stay clean.
Sometimes clothing causes itching like wool.
OK?

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.

According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

I feel for you too. having two hormone being pumped in your body plus your own is a messy business, it has affected my outsight and my college work. i felt sad for no reason and would snap at nothing. this is coming form someone whoo constantly smiles. I had the implant fitted febuary 2009 and have been fighting since around then to get it removed. It was fine for first 6 months and my period was non existent (which at first was good) but then it all went downhill, i had constant brown discharge or heavy bleeding on and off...but then it was just non-stop for 10months(the time i have been with my boyfriend) my sex life has been a guessing game or akward when the period starts mid sex. When chasing my doctors i was giving the pill for 3 months and then another three months. then i was put on a waiting list for removal and then i was told i was not on the list and would have to wait a long time. then i rang up few months later check my place in the list and they said there were not enough people on the list to call the certified doctor in!!!!!! i could not believe it. i was persistant for over a year. in the end my boyfriend dragged me to a clinic in another district and they happily booked for a removal next tuesday. i am so relieved. i was scanned, swabbed and have done urine and blood samples and there was nothing wrong with me.... but they were insitent there was. it is unbelievable what i went through with my own GP!!! for some people it does settle...but the nurse told me this is only for a third of fittings. i dont think the implanon should be sold as a easy way to avoid pregnancy when it ends up ruining your body, constant bleeding and major reduction of happiness. the pill on its own is a hassle to take but then again if we are so respsonsible to have sex we should ditto this to the pill. i would go straight to your gp or a family planning clinic and get it removed. trust me it wont get better....and the longer you leave it the more you get fobbed off by doctors. its expensive to remove and takes longer than 5minutes so doctors wont do it unless you kick up a major fuss and perhaps bring in a third party. dont suffer it. wish me luck tuesday... i have been waiting over 18months for this. x

Itching? Where?

Try taking some Benadryl allergy, and try some anti-itch cream.

it sounds like you are having alergic reaction to things when you get the itchy time, write down what you have eaten that day then find the pattern, there will be one i'm sure and ,what you drink. once you know what it is eliminate it from your diet, try pyriton only after you has tested your self because if you find out what's causing it it should go away if you leave it out good luck
