Sunshine causes burns, which in turn causes wrinkles and/or cancer. Avoid it! Use sunscreen whenever possible.
Tanning beds are just as bad as sunshine!
At least twice a day, rub cocoa butter on your skin. In a matter of a week, you will notice a difference. Keep applying until the desired tone is achieved. Cocoa butter is VERY good for your skin. Not only will you get the color that you are aiming for, but your skin will be so soft too!

nicely, Assuming your eye color is the same of that on your little %, i imagine that black hair with those eyes, really with black eyeliner, would tournament fairly solid. dwindled epidermis would seem somewhat paler with darker hair so in the experience that your significant problem is about being too dwindled i'd be careful about dieing it black. just be happy with your skin. but if you that determined a little sun wont hurt you. although you'll wrinkle like a prune as you age. and every time you sunburn you increase the chance of skin cancer. ouch.

Why would you do that?
If you're that pale, sitting in the sun will kill you or make you hideous. Make up will look awful.
Learn to appreciate your complexion.
